By using SpaceChat, you acknowledge that no system is immune to breaches. You agree that SpaceChat and its team are not liable for any security breaches, data loss, or unauthorized access that may occur despite our best efforts to safeguard your data.
As a user, you are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to share your account or allow others to access your account without permission. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.
SpaceChat takes a strong stance against illegal or criminal activities, including but not limited to harassment, stalking, and using the app to target individuals or groups. Any such behavior is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in such activities without notice.
SpaceChat is intended for lawful communication only. Any use of the app for criminal activity will result in immediate suspension of services and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
In no event shall SpaceChat, its developers, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or use. This limitation of liability applies whether or not SpaceChat was advised of the possibility of such damages.
SpaceChat reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
